Changzhou Jintan Qianbaiyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. formerly known as Jurong Jinfeng Chemical Plant, located at the west foot of Mao Mountain, was established in 1987, by Mr. Jin Z. Ni, the founder of the first generation, who was upholding the entrepreneurial ethos of forging ahead through hardships to open up untamed woodlands, had gradually formed a pattern of producing and management which was focusing on "naphthalene series" plant growth regulators within 10 years. The industrial economy of South Jiangsu was inclined to North Jiangsu at the beginning of the new century. From 2002 to 2004, Lianyungang Huahai Group Co., Ltd had been founded at the historic moment, with an investment of more than 10 million CNY, occupied a total area of 100 Chinese Mu, and the building area reached 30 Chinese Mu, owned 5 advanced producing workshops and still mainly engaged in manufacture and sales of 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) & Sodium naphthalene-1-acetate, also supplemented by processing high-grade herbicide, the Bispyribac-sodium, with an annual total output of more than 500 tons which equals the amount of about 30 million CN Yuan at that time.

Nowadays, Changzhou Jintan Qianbaiyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has established 2 manufacturing bases in Liaoning and Hubei, located in Fushun and Xiangyang respectively. With a total investment of 50 million CNY, the company has built fully‑mature production lines for technical‑grade materials. Its total annual production capacity includes 500 tons of 1‑Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and Sodium Naphthalene‑1‑Acetate; 300 tons of Indole‑3‑butyric acid (IBA), Indole‑3‑butyric acid Potassium and Indole‑3‑Acetic Acid (IAA); and 500‑1,000 MT of other auxins and insecticides.
